Client is a New England based family-owned flooring installation company that works with Lowe's Home Improvement to provide services across CT, MA, ME, and NH. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a great attitude looking to take action and grow with us.
Role Overview:
The Flooring Regional Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest quality and upmost respect inside customer's homes. This individual will be spending most of their time in the field and on job sites ensuring customer satisfaction across the board.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Traveling to various job sites on a daily basis
· Ensuring customer satisfaction at every step in the installation process
· Assisting with any call backs or repairs and ensuring that customers are being taken care of in a timely manner
· Work closely with store associates to ensure a seamless customer experience
· Confirming work is completed for each installation
· Providing quality control with the installers by going out and visiting them during the installation
· Handling general customer escalations that can be assessed in the field
· Providing inspections for any installations requiring one
· Having a good understanding of the business overall to communicate with key leaders to ultimately improve the business and streamline processes within
· Have the ability to multitask and handle more than one issue at a time while remaining organized and collected
· Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems
· Develops and manages strong relationships with store personnel, Lowes CPO, installation customers, installers and acts as a management point of contact
· Store visits on a weekly basis

Education and Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience must involve customer service management
Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply reasoned business judgment
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and adapts to changing circumstances and conditions
Computer Skills - Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing software
Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English
